Flexible Rate

The Guest shall pay a 50% deposit of the total accommodation amount at the time of booking.
This deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is made up to thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date.

The remaining 50% balance will be charged thirty (30) days prior to arrival.

In case of cancellation made less than thirty (30) days before arrival, no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Rate

The Guest shall pay 100% of the total accommodation amount at the time of booking.
This rate is non-refundable and non-modifiable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds, when applicable according to the selected rate, will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation.
The estimated refund processing time is 7 to 14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Terms and Conditions

• All cancellations must be notified in writing by email to: reservations@anfitrion.art.
• Reservation payments are processed online, in euros (EUR), through a secure payment gateway.
• At check-in, a credit card will be required as a guarantee. By providing it, the Guest authorizes charges for any damages or additional costs in accordance with these terms.
• For full villa reservations, a security deposit of €2,000 is required and will be temporarily held and refunded after departure, subject to property inspection.
• The Guest is responsible for the condition of the property, furniture, and equipment throughout the stay.
• All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage will be charged to the Guest.
• Construction works, renovations, or replacement of furniture or equipment are strictly prohibited.
• The property shall be used exclusively for short-term tourist accommodation.
• Check-in: from 4:00 pm (early check-in subject to availability).
• Check-out: before 12:00 pm (late check-out subject to availability).
• Daily cleaning service is included in the accommodation rate.

Tarifa Flexible

El Cliente deberá abonar un depósito del 50% del importe total de la estancia en el momento de realizar la reserva.
Este depósito será totalmente reembolsable si la cancelación se realiza hasta treinta (30) días antes de la fecha de llegada.

El 50% restante del importe total de la estancia se cargará treinta (30) días antes de la llegada.

En caso de cancelación realizada con menos de treinta (30) días de antelación, no se efectuará ningún reembolso de los importes abonados.

Tarifa No Reembolsable

El Cliente deberá abonar el 100% del importe total de la estancia en el momento de realizar la reserva.
Esta tarifa es no reembolsable ni modificable, independientemente del motivo de cancelación.

Política de Devoluciones

Las devoluciones, cuando procedan según la tarifa contratada, se realizarán utilizando el mismo método de pago empleado en la reserva.
El plazo estimado para la devolución es de 7 a 14 días laborables, en función de la entidad bancaria emisora.

Términos y Condiciones

• Todas las cancelaciones deberán ser notificadas por escrito al correo electrónico: reservations@anfitrion.art.
• El pago de la reserva se realiza online, en euros (EUR), mediante pasarela de pago segura.
• En el momento del check-in se solicitará una tarjeta de crédito como garantía. Al facilitarla, el huésped autoriza el cargo de cualquier daño o coste adicional conforme a estas condiciones.
• Para reservas de villas completas, se requiere un depósito de seguridad de 2.000 €, que será retenido temporalmente y devuelto tras la salida, una vez verificado el estado de la propiedad.
• El huésped es responsable del buen estado de la propiedad, mobiliario y equipamiento durante toda la estancia.
• Todos los elementos deberán devolverse en el mismo estado en que fueron entregados. Cualquier daño será cargado al huésped.
• Queda estrictamente prohibido realizar obras, reformas o sustituciones de mobiliario o equipamiento.
• La propiedad será utilizada exclusivamente como alojamiento turístico de corta duración.
• Check-in: a partir de las 16:00 h (early check-in sujeto a disponibilidad).
• Check-out: antes de las 12:00 h (late check-out sujeto a disponibilidad).
• El servicio de limpieza diario está incluido en el precio de la estancia.
